Pushkar is an IIM Calcutta Alumni who leads a few socio-commercial initiatives of Youth Empowerment. His core area is Self Development, Life Skills, Management and Entrepreneurship. By now, he has touched the lives of more than 3000 students with great diversities through his training, teaching, counselling and mentoring engagements. Pushkar has authored 8 Books on Management and Entrepreneurship which are recommended for Graduation and Post-Graduation courses at Savitribai Phule Pune University (Formerly: University of Pune). He has also been a Column Writer on Women Entrepreneurship and Career Development for a few mainline newspapers and websites in India.
